Shipping & Returns
How we get your machinery and spare parts to you, and what happens if something isn’t right.
Where we deliver
We ship Australia-wide to all states and territories, including regional and remote areas. Freight is handled by Mainfreight and other national carriers. We do not ship outside Australia.
Shipping costs
Freight is quoted per order based on your postcode and the size and weight of the items. You can get a live freight estimate at checkout by entering your postcode — the cost is shown as a separate line on your quote before you commit to anything. There are no hidden handling fees.
- Machinery (balers, mowers, rakes, chippers): delivered to your nearest freight depot for pickup. Depot delivery keeps freight affordable and lets you load with a tractor or ute at your own pace. Door-to-door or tailgate delivery can be arranged on request — call us for a price.
- Spare parts and small items: sent as a standard parcel to your street address.
Freight prices shown on the site are estimates. Our team confirms the final freight and delivery method with you by phone before dispatch, so you always know the cost and where your machine is going.
Dispatch and delivery times
- In-stock orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days of cleared payment.
- Metro areas: typically 2–5 business days after dispatch.
- Regional and remote areas: typically 5–10 business days after dispatch.
- Items not in stock are placed on backorder. We will tell you the expected date before you pay and keep you updated.
Delivery times are estimates and depend on carrier schedules, weather and your location. We send tracking or depot details as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Receiving your order
Please inspect your goods on collection or delivery. If a carton, crate or machine arrives damaged, or the order is short, note it with the carrier at the time and contact us within 7 days with photos so we can lodge a claim. After 7 days the goods are treated as accepted as delivered.
Machinery is delivered to a freight depot for pickup. Goods left uncollected at a depot for more than 10 business days may incur storage, re-delivery or return-to-sender charges, which are payable by you.
Change of mind — machinery
We do not accept change-of-mind returns on machinery. This covers balers, mowers, rakes, tedders, chippers, trenchers, stump grinders, electric wheelbarrows and any other powered or towed equipment. These are considered purchases and are ordered, crated and freighted individually, so please talk to us before you buy — we will help you match the machine to your tractor and your paddock.
This does not affect your rights if something is wrong with the machine. Faulty, damaged, mis-described or incorrectly supplied goods are always covered — see below.
Choosing a machine that does not suit your tractor is not a fault. Horsepower, PTO speed and three-point linkage compatibility are the buyer’s responsibility. We publish full specifications on every product page and our team will advise before you order.
Once a machine has been crated or dispatched, an order cancellation is treated as a change of mind and cannot be accepted.
Change of mind — spare parts and accessories
Unused spare parts and accessories can be returned within 14 days of delivery, in original resalable condition and packaging.
- Contact us first for a return authorisation (RA) number and the correct return address. Returns sent without an RA number may be refused or returned to you at your cost.
- Return freight is at your cost. Send the item tracked and insured — the goods remain your risk until they arrive with us in resalable condition.
- A 15% restocking fee is deducted from approved change-of-mind refunds to cover inspection, repacking and handling. Original outbound freight is not refunded.
- Once received and inspected, we refund the balance to the original payment method within 5 business days. Refunds are made to the original payer only — no cash or third-party refunds.
Not eligible for change-of-mind returns
- Items that have been used, fuelled, oiled, greased, assembled, fitted to a tractor or field-tested.
- Custom, special-order, imported-to-order and clearance items.
- Opened consumables, including twine, jute twine, net wrap, blades, belts, chains and pickup tines.
- Items returned without their packaging, crate, pallet, manuals or parts.
- Anything returned outside the 14-day window.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us and we will arrange the return at our cost. You can choose a repair, a replacement or a refund depending on the fault.
To assess a fault we may ask for photos, a short video, the serial number and details of how the machine was used, and we may inspect the item ourselves or through the carrier. If an item returned as faulty is found to be in working order, or the issue is caused by incorrect setup, misuse or a tractor mismatch, return freight and re-delivery are chargeable to you.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in this policy limits those rights; the change-of-mind rules above apply only where there is nothing wrong with the goods. This is in addition to our 12-month warranty.
